To Whom It May Concern,
In light of the recent devastating news, I would like to propose that the Council reconsider the confiscation of personal weapons. I understand this may need to be made on a case by case basis, and that the Council may determine that no reconsideration need be made. However, I find it disconcerting that law-abiding citizens are left with no recourse for defense against the violence of such criminals. I understand as well that this may seem fruitless against many of the praeternatural citizens of Elysium. But I would still like a chance to present my case and my situation. I hope that I will receive a response to this request, even if there is to be no hearing.

PS While I am not sure that I have any skills that would be beneficial, I would like to offer my assistance in finding the criminal(s) who did this. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you.
